Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Home Yahan app account and associated personal data from this page. This request applies to the Home Yahan mobile app and website account connected to your email or phone number.

How to request deletion

Email hello@homeyahan.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Home Yahan account”. Include your registered phone number and city so we can verify the account.

You can also call +91 81784 88902 and ask the Home Yahan support team to start an account deletion request.

What we delete

We will delete or anonymise your app account profile, saved properties, submitted requirements, and personal contact details associated with the account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business record purposes.

For property owners, we will remove or anonymise personal account data and take down active listings where appropriate. Some listing, verification, moderation, communication, and transaction records may be retained where needed to protect users and comply with legal obligations.

What happens next

After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time and will confirm once the request has been completed or explain if some information must be retained.
