Get a quoteIf the number you unlock is disconnected or wrong, or nobody answers after three attempts on different days, tell us within 7 days of unlocking it and we put the credit back on your account. No form to fill in — a message with the lead reference is enough.
A credit is not returned because a seeker was reached and said no, changed their mind, or chose another property. That is the business, not a faulty lead.
Every broker is approved by hand, leads are only ever shown for seekers who agreed to be introduced, and a seeker's contact details go solely to the broker who unlocks that lead — never published, never sold in bulk. See our privacy policy.
