Using the platform

You must provide accurate, current, and lawful information and use the service only for legitimate rental, listing, enquiry, or support purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account and contact channels secure. If you believe your account or submitted information has been misused, contact us promptly.

You must not misuse the platform, scrape listings, submit false leads, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, interfere with the website, or attempt to bypass security or verification systems.

Verification and listings

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, photos, pricing, availability, ownership claims, permissions, and for honouring scheduled visits.

We may review identity, ownership, documents, walkthroughs, photos, pricing, and other trust signals to maintain marketplace quality. Verification means we reviewed available information; it does not guarantee the condition, title, legal status, safety, or future availability of any property.

We may edit, reject, pause, remove, or re-verify listings that are incomplete, misleading, outdated, suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies.

Fair access and non-discrimination

Home Yahan is intended to support fair and lawful access to rental housing. Users must not discriminate, exclude, harass, or target people unlawfully based on protected characteristics such as religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, disability, age, family status, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by applicable law.

Owners and users are responsible for complying with applicable housing, tenancy, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws in their location.

If we run ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or similar networks, we may apply additional targeting limits required by those platforms, especially for housing-related advertising.

Leads, visits and communications

When you submit a form, request a callback, contact a listing, schedule a visit, list a property, or submit a requirement, you agree that Home Yahan may contact you about that request by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels.

You agree that information you submit may be shared with the relevant renter, owner, service provider, or Home Yahan executive only as needed to provide the service, arrange visits, verify details, or complete a rental process.

You can ask us to stop promotional communications, but we may still send service, safety, account, or transaction-related messages.

Fees and offers

Browsing and listing are free for the cases described on the site. Any applicable service fee, success fee, subscription, or paid service will be shown before you commit or will be covered in a separate agreement.

Promotional claims, offers, incentives, contests, or featured campaigns may have additional conditions, eligibility rules, dates, and limits. We may change or withdraw offers where necessary.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Home Yahan does not collect rent, security deposit, token money, or brokerage on behalf of owners or tenants through the public website.

Advertising and third-party platforms

You may see Home Yahan ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Those platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, targeting rules, lead form terms, and ad controls.

If you submit information through an ad platform lead form, your information may be provided to us by that platform and handled under this site's Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep our ads accurate and not misleading, but final service availability, property availability, price, and eligibility may change and should be confirmed with Home Yahan.

Content and intellectual property

The Home Yahan name, website design, content, branding, text, graphics, and platform features are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or exploit them without permission except as allowed by law.

By submitting listing photos, descriptions, testimonials, reviews, or stories, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow Home Yahan to use, display, edit, and promote them for marketplace, marketing, and service purposes.

Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Home Yahan is not liable for disputes between tenants and owners or for losses arising from use of the service.

You agree to resolve rental disputes directly with the other party; we may assist where possible.

We do not guarantee that every enquiry will convert, every listing will rent, every tenant will be suitable, or every property will remain available.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the service, legal requirements, or advertising platform requirements change. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or refuse service if we believe a user has violated these Terms, submitted false information, acted fraudulently, or created risk for Home Yahan or other users.
